About Beth Daily
A teacher, a storyteller, and a lifelong student of breath, movement and the human spirit.
I see each person as unique, and I'm here to offer encouragement, clarity, and support as you explore the changes you're pursuing. I would love to share this life-changing work with you!
My work blends over 25 years as a professor of theatre, teaching acting, speech, and directing, with formal training in the Alexander Technique through the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. I bring a contemporary approach to this practice: involving the restoration of the whole person during your current work and play. I work with you while you're doing an activity, so your mind and body learn to move as one in real time.
I'm continually curious about what each person needs. Whether you're working through physical tension or pain, preparing for a role, or simply looking for a steadier sense of ease, you'll be met with patience, non-judgment, and genuine support. Not a one-size-fits-all approach.
I also enjoy working with groups. Everyone in a room gets personal attention, regardless of group size. And for those who prefer it, online lessons are available by request.
"The Alexander Technique is a way to transform stress to joy." — Juliette Binoche

Paul Klee’s small watercolor, Girl With Green Stockings, captures a body through nothing more than a few shifting contours and patches of color. Beth sees the same spirit in her work with each student. Her role is simply to offer guidance, encouragement, clarity, and support as they explore the changes they're pursuing.
